Refund Policy

Global XI (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) provides travel planning and coordination services, including but not limited to the arrangement of hotel accommodations, match tickets, ground transfers, and optional tours. Global XI does not arrange or sell air travel; clients remain solely responsible for all flights and any flight-related cancellations, delays, or refund matters.

Because our services involve advance planning, supplier coordination, and non-recoverable administrative work, all fees paid directly to Global XI for planning, facilitation, service charges, margins, and transaction processing are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Upon receipt of payment, Global XI immediately begins rendering services and engaging with third-party suppliers; as such, these service-related fees compensate Global XI for time, expertise, and administrative activities already performed, irrespective of whether the client ultimately proceeds with travel.

Refunds for third-party components—including hotel nights, match tickets, transfers, and paid tours—are governed exclusively by the refund and cancellation policies of the respective suppliers. Global XI will, upon written request by the client, make reasonable efforts to obtain any refundable amounts permitted under those supplier terms. Only the base cost of such third-party components is eligible for refund consideration; Global XI’s service fees, margins, transaction fees, or coordination charges associated with such components are strictly non-refundable. Clients acknowledge that certain match tickets, hotel rates, transfers, and tours may be entirely non-refundable depending on the supplier’s terms.

Clients further acknowledge that match dates, kickoff times, venues, and schedules are subject to modification by leagues, broadcasters, and event organizers. Such changes—including rescheduling, time adjustments, or venue changes—are outside the control of Global XI and do not constitute grounds for a refund of Global XI service fees. Where supplier policies permit refunds in the event of a schedule change, Global XI will request such refunds on the client’s behalf; however, Global XI makes no representation or guarantee as to the outcome.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by the client. Upon receiving a written request, Global XI will disclose any refundable amounts available under supplier policies and outline any non-recoverable costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by law. Processing times for refunds may vary and are dependent on supplier responsiveness.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights the client may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. To the extent that mandatory statutory rights apply, Global XI will honor such rights. Except where prohibited by law, Global XI’s total liability for any claim relating to refunds, cancellations, or supplier actions shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to Global XI for the specific item at issue, excluding non-refundable fees.
