Terms & Conditions

Global XI – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with Global XI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking with us, the customer (“you”, “your”, “client”) agrees to these Terms in full.


1. About Global XI
Global XI provides customised football travel packages including, but not limited to: Match tickets, Stadium tours, Hotel accommodation, Airport transfers, Concierge services, Football-related activities and experiences. Global XI acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers such as hotels, ticket vendors, and transportation providers.


2. Booking & Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit and Full Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your package unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at the time of booking.
2.2 Pricing & Currency
All pricing, quotes, invoices, and payments will be conducted in USD ($). Prices may fluctuate due to supplier pricing, currency exchange, or availability. A quote is only guaranteed once payment is received.


3. Match Tickets & Availability
3.1 Subject to Availability
All match tickets are strictly subject to availability, even after payment. If a category is unavailable, we will provide alternatives or a partial refund for the ticket portion.
3.2 Seating & Allocation
We cannot guarantee specific seat locations unless confirmed in writing.
3.3 Match Changes
We are not responsible for fixture changes, rescheduling, or cancellations by the league or governing bodies.


4. Hotels, Transfers & Other Services
4.1 Third-Party Suppliers
Hotels, transfer services, and activity providers operate under their own terms. We are not liable for supplier errors, overbookings, or operational changes.
4.2 Hotel Deposits
Clients must provide their own credit or debit card at check-in for hotel incidentals.


5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must: Provide accurate travel and personal information Ensure their passport, visa, and entry documents are valid, Arrive on time for tours and transfers, and Carry active travel insurance


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Client Cancellations
If the client cancels:
More than 60 days before trip:  client loses 20% of total package
45–60 days before trip: 40%
30–44 days before trip: 60%
15–29 days before trip: 80%
14 days or fewer: 100% non-refundable
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
Regardless of timing, the following are always non-refundable: Match tickets, Stadium tours already booked, Gift vouchers, Any non-refundable supplier services, or Processing or transaction fees
6.3 Supplier Cancellations
If a supplier cancels a service, we will attempt to rebook or refund only the affected portion, not the entire package.


7. Changes to Booking
7.1 Client-Requested Changes
Amendments may incur: Supplier fees, Price differences, A $25 admin fee per change
7.2 Supplier or Team Changes
Supplier changes or match rescheduling do not automatically entitle clients to full refunds.


8. Liability
Global XI is not responsible for: Injury, illness, or death, Loss or damage to personal property, Missed services due to client lateness, Delays beyond our control, and Acts of God or political disruption. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.


9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or stadium closures.


10. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted to us within 7 days of the issue, followed by written confirmation via email.


11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of their courts.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By paying an invoice or deposit, the client confirms acceptance of: These Terms & Conditions Supplier terms related to their booking
